• Skin conditions e.g. rashes, eczema
• Nausea and vomiting
• Muscle aches and strains
• Headaches and migraines
• Digestive problems e.g. diarrhoea, constipation

Please visit the A&E department, or dial 995 for an ambulance immediately if you have a life-threatening condition that may require emergency attention such as:

• Choking
• Shortness of breath or chest pain
• Large open wounds
• Head trauma
• Severe burns
• Severe bleeding
• Broken bones or fractures

You should also ensure that you have the necessary infrastructure to support a seamless and clear teleconsultation.

Prices are private clinic rates and starts from $25 for a short consultation and $38 for longer consultation (longer than 10 mins). You will be required to pay delivery fees for medication and it will be delivered to you on the day of consult. Available Telemedicine hours will be shown on the calendar when you do the booking.
